GDS Fair

Event Details

The Greene Dreher Sterling Fair began in 1917 by School Teacher Ella Nevin as an opportunity to showcase her students’ handiwork. The goal was to promote the agricultural lifestyle and educate the surrounding community about farm life and the valuable skills that can be utilized in everyday living. Since that first year, the Greene Dreher Sterling Fair has expanded to include music, social engagement, and thousands of exhibitions.

A myriad of events are being planned for the 99th Fair. You can be sure that the 2016 Greene Dreher Sterling Fair will be something very special. All new entertainment is scheduled for this year. Click a link below for more information.
